Service Details:

AutoMatechly provides a range of tools for small & medium size businesses, including website building, landing pages, CRM, social media management, email marketing, SMS marketing, sales automation, and more. Our platform also includes a free 15-day trial and additional services such as free training and support, with custom development available at $14.44/hour.

3. Black Friday Offer Terms

Special Offer Period:

This Black Friday Offer is valid from 20th Nov to December 10, 2024. The $14.44/month/user price is guaranteed for the first 3 months of your subscription. After this period, pricing may vary based on the plan chosen, but we will notify you in advance.

Free Trial:

The free 15-day trial begins upon registration and is valid for new customers only. No credit card is required to start the free trial, and customers may cancel the trial at any time before the 15-day period ends. Once the 15-day period ends, the subscription will automatically continue at $14.44/month/user unless cancelled and payment is made on or before the trail period ends.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Pricing & Billing:

The standard subscription cost is $14.44/month/user, billed on a monthly basis. The subscription fee will be automatically charged to the payment method on file unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. The billing cycles are monthly, quarterly and yearly.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. If you cancel before the 15-day free trial ends, you will not be charged. After the trial period, cancellation must be done before the next billing cycle to avoid charges. No refunds will be issued for payments already processed.

Free Trial Details:

The free 15-day trial includes access to all features of the AutoMatechly platform. After the trial, you will automatically be charged the regular subscription fee of $14.44/month/user unless you cancel your subscription. If you decide to cancel within the trial period, you will not be billed.

5. Custom Development Terms Clarify your custom development services.

Custom Development:

AutoMatechly offers custom development services to help with platform modifications/customization, additional feature integrations, and other specific requests. These services are billed at the rate of $14.44/hour. Customers will be informed of the estimated time and cost before any work begins, and all services will be provided based on mutual agreement. This service would be delivered from India and hence engineers would be available for customer meetings from 7 AM EST – 10:30 AM EST.

Request for Custom Development:

To request custom development, you must contact our support team at +1 732 585 9016. Any work performed will be billed at $14.44/hour, and you will receive a detailed breakdown of services provided.

Technical Support:

Technical support is available to help with troubleshooting and platform usage. Support for issues related to standard features is included with your subscription. However, support related to custom development or advanced features will be charged at the rate of $14.44/hour.

6. User Responsibilities and Conduct

Acceptable Use:

You agree to use the AutoMatechly platform in a lawful and respectful manner. You will not use the platform for illegal activities or in any way that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the service.”**

Account Security:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

Limit your liability in the case of service failure or disruption.

Service Availability:

While we strive to ensure that AutoMatechly is available 24/7, we do not guarantee continuous or error-free service. We will notify customers of any planned maintenance or outages. In the event of a service disruption, our liability is only limited to the duration of outage and money paid for that duration, only.

Limitation of Liability:

AutoMatechly is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from using our platform, including loss of business, revenue, or data. Our liability for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to $1.00.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

AutoMatechly is committed to protecting your data. We use industry-standard security protocols to protect customer data from unauthorized access or disclosure. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent unless required by law.
